In Russia, education has devalued its value. We spend 16 years studying just to find any job for 25,000 rubles a month. Even though every second person has "specialist" written on their diploma.
We're unlikely to ever reach the top, or ensure our children earn good money for their specialty. Therefore, we must take matters into our own hands and educate ourselves.
Because there's no longer any hope for an education, for a diploma—that's the main point of the video.
