The guy realized too late that this was bullshit.
Regarding "equality" from the perspective of the RF IC:
1. A man has no right to desired paternity, since the decision to keep the child or have an abortion is made only by the woman, even within a legal marriage. A man has no legal means to influence her decision.
2. A man is automatically recognized as the father of all children born during the marriage and 300 days after its dissolution (Article 48 of the RF IC).
3. As a result of paragraph 2, a man does not have the right to unilaterally divorce without challenging paternity in court with a DNA test and all the ensuing consequences during his wife's pregnancy and one year after the birth of (someone else's) child. 4. A man has no effective means of fighting a woman's desire for divorce, even without obvious reasons. This, in turn, creates fertile ground for parasitism and deliberate marriage, and then divorce for personal gain.
5. A man has virtually no chance of winning custody of children, as in 95-98% of cases, custody goes to the woman, because fathers are inherently discriminated against under the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Furthermore, more than 85% of judges in the Russian Federation are women.
6. A man has the right to contact his child, but may not have the opportunity, as an unscrupulous woman can unilaterally change the child's name, place of residence, or citizenship.
7. If a man proves he is not the father, the woman will not reimburse him for child support (Article 116 of the RF Family Code) and will not be convicted of fraud.
8. A woman who has received guardianship has the right to live with her child on her ex-husband's property and can do everything to force the child out. There are plenty of examples in life.
9. A man has no legal means of controlling how the child support he pays to his woman is spent.
10. About 75% of divorces are initiated by women.
11. And finally, we've finally reached the new clause on "housing alimony"... curtain call.
P.S. And don't forget that according to the so-called "family" code of the Western Administrative District of the Russian Federation, a husband and wife are NOT recognized as close relatives.
