This is the easiest way to prepare KFC STYLE FRIED CHICKEN WINGS only using few ingredients that are easily available in our household.
chicken pieces without skin - 500 g
salt - 1/4 tsp
soya sauce - 1/2 tblsp
tomato ketchup - 2 tblsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
instant noodles masala - 2 pack
for coating:
All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
corn flour - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
Peprica powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tblsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, for nice golden color but its optional
