Aghaqarboon's tears: leopard, sheep and a bitter night in the mountains
In the heart of a nomadic area, where the life of its people depends on nature, Aghaqarboun had gone to the market to provide the necessary items for his home. Like many nomads, he balanced the welfare of his family with the protection of his flock of sheep. But just when he was shopping, a tragic incident happened in the mountains.
A hungry leopard watching the herd from the top of the rocks took the opportunity to attack the sheep. Amidst the fear and uproar of the sheep, one of the little lambs was sacrificed and the leopard cleverly took it into the heart of darkness. Aghaqarboun's family, who were taking care of the herd in his absence, witnessed this incident with sadness, but they could not do much except watch.
