Description of the lyrics:
I went to the sea to sow it, to row an island great. But the sea was sown, and the island rown. To another sea I went. That sea too was already sown and the island great rown. But at the third sea I saw three maidens bathing and rowing an island great. As the fourth maiden I joined them, put my shirt on the rocks, my belt to a maple sapling, my shoes on the summer stone, mysocks on the melted ground, my pearls on the sandy beach, my rings on the field of jagged rocks and my silk scarf on the blue stone.
A pike plunged to the place, a salmons son swam by, and took my stuff from the shore. I went home crying my eyes out and my mother said not to worry. She told me to climb to the barn on the hill and lift the chests above chests, the caskets above caskets and take out the best clothes there are.
