This is the BSN blocks that were soaked in cleaner reformed unsifted! They were SOOOO dusty which I knew would happen, so as usual - masks on folks!! I’m gonna end up adding some plaster to these probably to harden them up a bit, which will make them even dustier 😷
Today I went on a solid 1.25 mile hike/run/walk. It’s not a lot of distance, but carrying 270 lbs of body up a trail is HARD 😮💨 I couldn’t have done it at 393 pounds (my highest weight) so I have to pat myself on the back for that one.
