In this video, I try to different liquid beer yeasts that have just been sitting in my yeast fridge for over 15 months. A common question I get is how long fresh brewers yeast keeps the way I harvest and store it. I do no yeast washing. I will do 2 starters and pitch the yeast in them. And then taste the starters to see if they come out good with liquid yeast being stored in the refrigerator long term.
