After resetting the adaptations, the P and N indicators disappeared on the instrument cluster. The scanner detects these modes, but the gear selector is locked. The automatic transmission responds to the adaptation reset, meaning that after each reset, the learning process starts from scratch (a noticeable change in dynamics is noticeable: if you drive smoothly for the first few kilometers, the transmission is soft; if you accelerate sharply for the first few kilometers, the transmission then shifts gears harshly. The engine responds immediately to the D and R modes (increasing idle speed), but the automatic transmission engages after a couple of seconds.
