As Tommy was dropped out of the dimension, Tommy placed into the middle of a battle against a bunch of Hakushis. Intuitively, Tommy takes out his morpher. Strange enough his morpher was still usable temporarily by the possible influence of the zeo crystal shard he was holding. Thus, Tommy morphs into the MMPR white ranger and jumps into action. His power was fading in and out, highly unstable. After taking out the Hakushi, he demorphs. The civilians thanked Tommy and offered him some food and shelter. Tommy, confused to where he is, the civilians explain they are explorers trying to find a sacred temple of the Eagle Warrior. Tommy offered them help and to protect them from the Hakushi.
As Tommy takes out more incoming Hakushis in their journey, something feels off about these explorers. They are laughing and jeering cruelly at the defeated Hakushi, telling Tommy they are all savages and good for nothing. Tommy tries to tell them not all Hakushis are bad, it’s just that these are influenced badly by their environment, as Tommy remembers the Hakushis can be good as seen on Aquitar. While sneaking past Hakushi tribes, they are seen worshipping and praying to an Eagle drawing. The explorers mocked the Hakushi for this pathetic culture.
As they finally arrive at the Temple of the Eagle Warrior, the explorers enter the temple with Tommy alongside them. There were many boobytraps which Tommy expertly helped these people to avoid with his ninja skills. Tommy and the explorers finally reach the innermost part of the temple and a clay sculpture of the eagle with eyes made out of ruby. Turns out, the explorers are interested in taking the ruby eyes, it holds a powerful energy. Tommy was disgusted by this, these aren’t explorers, these are thieves. Before Tommy could stop them, the explorer broke the statue to bits and took the ruby eyes. They head to the entrance of the temple.
However, the entrance was ambushed by Hakushi. The explorers demand Tommy to morph and get them out of there. Tommy demorphs from his white ranger powers and stands alongside the Hakushi. Tommy tells them that the explorers what they did is not right and they should hand over the red rubies. The explorers, angered by this, revealed it to be an evolved form of a Yokai. They tell Tommy they will crush him with his darkest desires. Looking into Tommy’s mind, they merged together and transformed into a giant monstrous version of the Dragonzord.
Tommy morphs but is dodging its attacks. Out of nowhere, out came the White Falcon Zord and Titanus. Tommy realized this was the historical era long time ago during Zordon’s arrival to earth. Tommy has slipped into the past. Through his white ranger power temporary power boost, Tommy channels it into Titanus which transforms the carrier zord into the White Tigerzord.
Saba gives Tommy one last advice in battle as he can feel the White Tiger Thunder spirit diminishing. He tells Tommy to combine the two. To Tommy’s surprise, the two were able to merge into the Winged White Tigerzord. The two titans are equally matched. However, the monstrous Dragonzord transforms into a humanoid mode that looks like the Mega Dragonzord. As Saba starts to fade and fall into dust, he tells Tommy to convert the Winged White Tigerzord into warrior mode, Siren Mega Tigerzord. The tide has turned and the giant green Yokai was quickly taken down. Unfortunately, the white tiger spirit is diminishing, which weakened Tommy’s forces. After a tough battle, the monster easily takes down Tommy. As Tommy was knocked out of the cockpit, he was offered a chance to just keep the red rubies and enjoy its riches. Tommy refuses as it does not belong to him. They want Tommy to be by their side and lead them to more riches.
The Dragonzord monster shrinks into the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger and offers him the chance to become the evil Green Ranger again. Tommy’s refusal to fall for greed and locking away his hatred destroyed the Yokai from within. The evil the Yokai thought was sealed away was actually Tommy’s shame, not desires. The green ranger holds his head in pain and confusion as it implodes. Returning from the battle, Tommy returned the red rubies back to the native Hakushis and apologized for fighting them.
