Much like it's Shoegazey counterpart, the Black Hole Symmetry, the Nocturnal from Collision Devices is a multi effect that knows what goes into great ambient tone. Nocturnal fetures a crispy, low fidelity tape delay, a gentle shimmer reverb with a pair of EQ controls, and a dynamic tremolo that adds just enough shiver to keep things moving. But all three of these effects can be used to massive, washy, heavy ends as well. So let's explore the quiet and the loud that the Nocturnal can offer.
