Here is a quick video that explains the healing or recovery rate of villages.
After a village gets raided, it takes time to recover.
The Hit Points of a village are measured as a percentage so from 0 to 100.
There is a Medicine perk for a governor called Clean Infrastructure. If the village is Trade Bound to a town with a governor that has this perk, they will receive an additional 30 to the recovery rate.
The other is a Roguery Perk for a Party Leader called In Best Light. Although it says Party Leader, the code is looking for the Leader of the Clan that owns the village. If that Leader has the perk, you get 20 added to the recovery rate.
