1st disclaimer:
hello there! this video is aimed at mostly LOW SPEC CREATORS. i covered so many different things in the video and to be fair i've learned a bit more. the bit-rate should be set to your recording path hard drive write speeds. Feel free to use 22000 kbs, however the image is clearly still soft and could use a bump by at minimum 8000 more. Experimenting with my hard drive, I found my write speeds to be 110mbs thus equal to 110000kbs in OBS.
2nd disclaimer:
900p rescaling will fair to 720p on YouTube after upload due to YouTube compression. Native 720p uploads to a fairly blurry @ 8000kbs (also equal to 8mb; YouTube minimum requirement for video upload in 720p now "SD") and would equate to slightly higher than 480p after upload.
