SŁAWOMIR CYPEL: Welcome to our self-defense course. You'll learn how to defend yourself against attacks and physical aggression. I don't want you to ever have to use the techniques we'll present here.

First and foremost, remember that the most important thing is to avoid danger. However, if you find yourself in a difficult situation, do everything you can to avoid a confrontation. Regardless of everything, never use physical aggression against people who aren't attacking you. If you enjoy fighting, we invite you to the mats of clubs where you'll train in combat sports and where you can compete in accordance with the principles of fair play and in the spirit of sportsmanship.

Our self-defense course consists of five videos, during which you'll meet me and my brother, Piotr Cypel. We are MMA and self-defense trainers. We also organize Amateur MMA League competitions, which feature fighters who train daily in top Polish MMA clubs.

Remember that your attitude and behavior can reduce the risk of aggression and attack. If you find yourself in a dangerous situation, remain calm as much as possible and try to distance yourself from the threat. Also remember that: - Confrontation is always the worst option, so try to avoid it. Defend yourself physically only as a last resort. Do not do more than you have to for self-defense. After disabling the opponent, retreat or call the police. If you exceed the limits of self-defense, you may be subject to criminal prosecution.

The purpose of self-defense is to protect yourself and others, not to cause permanent harm to others. You have the right to defend yourself, but you do not have the right to injure someone, etc.
