The guidance for the sunnah of reciting dhikr after prayer is recorded in a hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim, attributed to Ibn Abbas (RA), who stated, "Raising one's voice in dhikr after the Maktubah prayer was already common during the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
