What does In spite of mean? Do you know the meaning? I have mention the meaning of this.
In spite of Example:
In spite of being poor, he has completed his study.
To make a sentence with in spite of, we simply add a noun after in spite of. Gerund is also a noun.
Verb with ing and acts as subject known as gerund. Gerund is also a one kinds of noun. Like- Be + ing + Being
Let's see some more examples of in spite of.
In spite of having money, he didn't help her.
In spite of hard working, she didn't get any job.
In spite of 9 wickets, Bangladesh won the match.
In spite of having late, I had to wait for my friends.
I had to wait for my friends in spite of having late.
In spite of having no mistake, the boss started to shout at me.
In spite of saying sorry, she didn't forgive me.
In spite of getting GPA 5, he didn't get admitted to a good university.
In spite of having a chance, he didn't go for a world tour.
Now let's talk about despite. Despite has also the same meaning like in spite of. It has also the same structure to make a sentence.
For your clarification, let's see some examples:
Despite telling the truth, he got punished.
Despite going late, the boss didn't get angry at her.
You can use everywhere despite instead of in spite of.
Keep in mind that we never use of with despite. For example,
Despite of raining, I could not go out.
It's not a correct sentence. So don't use of with despite.
If you want to use a sentence phrase instead of a noun after in spite of/despite, they you have to add the phrase like this:
In spite of the fact that/Despite the fact that
It's give a chance to make your noun in a sentence.

Now let's talk about Although and even though. Both has the same meaning. Just even though is more stronger than although.
To make a sentence using Although/Even though, you have to add a subject and a verb after the although/even though.
Let's see 2 examples of your clarification:
I enjoyed the cricket match a lot, although Bangladesh lost the game.
I did your work, even though you didn't help me.
You can use although/even though instead of in spite of the fact that/despite the fact that.
