2 Tips/Quick Fixes:
*If you still cant get the RGB to work or if it works once out of ten times Try this if you still want a fav Fan LED setting. When it does work select your favorite Fan LED setting, hit apply, then uninstall the Aorus Engine and RGB 2.0. Then install MSI Afterburner to control the Fans and set to at least 45% so there is no flicker. The Fan RGB LEDs setting should still be frozen onto the GPU. You just need a Fan setting of above 45% to make it appear nice. This is probably a memory hold on the GPU itself. But it works. That's how I have had it for over a yr.
*If the RGB 2.0 does work then you can still Uninstall the Aorus Engine if you prefer MSI Afterburner. Never have both installed together as they have many bugs and glitches. It happens always when they are together. At least for me. But you choose which one works well for you but you can have RGB 2.0 and remove the Aorus Engine. The fan RGB still works!

here I updated the driver of the Aorus Engine and Aorus Fusion RGB 2.0 and I can confirm it works perfect Now. If you have any Aorus RGB Fan LEDs GPU, this hopefully now works for you too. It has been more than 1 yr since I had all sorts of trouble. Pls see my playlists for the more info if you have trouble...

Issues I have had over 1 Year Fixed/Not Fixed:

Fans spin up every 4 seconds under 40% on curve
Aorus Engine/MSI Afterburner work together
All preset LED settings in RzgB 2.0 Work
NOT FIXED:
RGB glitch at under 40% fan speed
