Fallout 4 Mod Help Guide - Infinite Load, Mods Not Loading, Crashing
In this video, kinggath goes over some of the current issues that come up for people trying to use mods with Fallout 4 and how to work around them.
The biggest issue folks run into in 2020 is that as of an update done to Fallout 4 in late 2019, you have to have a fairly recent build of the game in order to use mods that were saved in the Creation Kit after that date.

Infinite load screens caused by the script data limit
Crashing due to excessive scripts and mod updates
