In Tony Robbins seminar "Unleash the Power Within" I learned just that, and I share it with you on this video. The seminar itself was a beautiful and transformative experience and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a better quality of life, to improve in all areas of their lives, from their finances, their relationships, their health and fitness level, their spirituality, and so much more!
I simply adore Tony and I have learned so many different things I can do to help me get in the right state of mind so that I can be more productive and so that I can learn to really enjoy life and live it at its fullest; not just barely making it and dreading to get up in the morning to "face yet another day", but to wake up excited and full of gratitude for the simple fact that I GOT to wake up, a fact that is denied so many who suffer from fatal illnesses, or those that struggle with substance abuse like myself, who maybe overdosed the night before and didn't GET to wake up this morning.
See, it's little things like that, that I'm learning along the day and that I'm learning from Tony Robbins.
