Black Ops 6 | Sys_Error DEV error 10493 | Solucionar en Xbox y PS5 ✅
¡Hola! En este video vemos cómo podemos intentar solucionar el error "Sys_Error DEV error 10493" en el Black Ops 6.

🔥Xbox Users:
Press the Xbox Guide button.
Click on “My games & apps” and then click on “See all”.
Look for the Black Ops 6 game and highlight it.
Then press Menu and select Manage game and add-ons.
Click on Saved data - Reserved space.
Then click on “CLEAR RESERVED SPACE”.
You will see that the Profile is deleted automatically, if not then delete the profile.
Make sure you click “Delete from console” when deleting.
Once you clear the reserved space, restart your console and launch the game. The error will be be fixed.
🔥PS5 Users:
Note: Make sure to back up the saved data to prevent unexpected game progress loss.
Go to Settings - Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
Select Saved Data (PS5) and navigate to Console Storage - Delete.
Choose Black Ops 6, then select Delete - OK.
Once you delete the Black Ops 6 cache files, you should restart your console.
To do so, simply pull out the plug and wait for a few minutes.
After waiting, plug the power cable back in and restart the game.
Once you do this, you will not get any more errors and can enjoy the game.
