This week we have the privilege of interviewing Dr. Spencer Nadolsky, a licensed, practicing board-certified family physician and "memeologist." He is known for his cheeky yet provocative social media presence, which uniquely pairs mainstream health and fitness claims with evidence-based guidance. Dr. Nadolsky graciously sat down with us to discuss the challenges with social media in the health and fitness realm, providing a valuable perspective from a physician who not only studies it but lives it himself.

Dr. Nadolsky specializes in bariatric care and lipidology, so Erin and Michael took this opportunity to get a bit deeper into the science of metabolic health, dietary fat and cholesterol and how this translates to a healthful eating pattern that is sustainable. We hope you enjoy this interview as much as we did!
