N-Gen Racing on PS1. Awesome game from 1999. And a very contemporary soundtrack for the time.
From memory I think some of the original WipEout crew worked on this game.
Apologies for the poor video quality. I did record this years ago from a PS2 via Composite into a Toshiba DVD/VCR/HDD combo unit and took the file from there to the PC. I might try one more thing to improve the quality but this will do for now...
