Hello everyone, today we are building SIMS 4 MODERN TOWNHOUSES. The three prefab modern townhouses are located in Evergreen harbour and are furnished with some gorgeous custom content.
Each townhouse has a kitchen with a living area downstairs, a private patio in the back, and a bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Since the idea was that these are prefabricated they are all decorated with the same furniture with some color variants. The exterior is based on real townhouses, link below if you are interested.
