What if Spamton's encounter cutscene had talk sprites?
Not many people know this (other than my longtime friends), but long before I start making content on this channel regularly, I used to do pixel art a lot (and even held a hilariously unprofessional commission at one point), so once this idea reached to my head, I reopened Piskel after over a year and got a result that I'm surprisingly proud of. I hope it's not me being overconfident and y'all actually like these sprites too.
Also, wow, I drew pixel art of a Deltarune character that wasn't Ralsei. Das crazy!!! 😳😳😳
The editing process was oddly super tedious, because having the sprite at the left of the dialogue box essentially meant that I had to recreate every single box manually, and combining that with my crippling perfectionism turned the editing of this video into one of the toughest of nuts to crack (for me, that is lmao)
