A metal grill served me faithfully for 20 years… until it finally burned out.
It was time to move on—and I decided to build a grilling area out of brick. I'm sharing my plans, showing off my old grill, sharing my thoughts on what the perfect grill should look like, and… experimenting.
I took 20 bricks and two half-bricks and built a simple brick grill without mortar in 2 minutes. I'm putting it to the test:
🔥 How does wood burn in it?
🔥 How do chicken kebabs cook on 12 cm high bricks?
🔥 Do I need to fan the coals?
🔥 Is it easy to turn the skewers?
I'm covering everything: from assembling the grill and choosing the wood to the finished kebab.
Spoiler alert: I was pleased with the result. ✅Subscribe to the "Technician" Telegram channel — a channel about cars, DIY projects, and garage life hacks. Practical tips and simple solutions for DIYers. Link: https://t.me/+sxlWlZWmeAFjNzUy
