Mnemonic - Heart Auscultation Points
The different foci are:
The medial end of the 2nd right intercostal space, the area of projection of the aortic orifice
The medial end of the 2nd left intercostal space, the area of projection of the pulmonary orifice
The medial end of the 4th left intercostal space, the area of projection of the tricuspid orifice
The 5th left intercostal space on the mammary line, the area of projection of the mitral orifice.
