Today, we are stepping back in time at the historic Rayne Railway Station in Essex. This beautifully restored Victorian station sits on the Flitch Way, a 15-mile walking and cycling route that follows the old railway line from Braintree to Bishop's Stortford.
Audio Note - Because this section of the railway line runs parallel to a busy main road, the traffic noise was quite heavy during filming. To ensure you have a relaxing experience, I have paired the footage with upbeat music instead of the raw audio. It is peaceful enough to relax to, but has a gentle, uplifting rhythm that matches the pace of the walk.
