We compare the graphics of Destiny 2 on PC with low and highest / ultra settings. This is footage of the open beta, there might still be changes, patches and improvements. We captured and played in 4K UHD resolution. We altered the highest preset a bit: we turned off chromatic aberration and film grain for a better image quality. those settings do not affect performance. We also used SMAA instead of MSAA, because it works very good and does not cost as much performance as MSAA.

Wir vergleichen die Grafik von Destiny 2 auf dem PC mit niedrigen und sehr hohen Grafikdetails. Die Aufnahmen stammen aus der offenen Beta, es wird also noch weitere Patches, Änderungen und Verbesserungen geben. Wir haben mit einer Auflösung von 2160p gespielt. Wir haben die Grafikoptionen für das höchste Preset ein wenig angepasst. Zum einen haben wir Filmkörnung und chromatische Aberration ausgestellt, um die Bildqualität zu verbessern. Diese beiden Effekte kosten keine Performance. Außerdem haben wir statt MSAA SMAA als Kantenglättungstechnik verwendet, da SMAA einen guten Job macht und deutlich weniger Leistung als MSAA benötigt.
