Polish authorities are investigating a mysterious overnight explosion in the village of Osiny, Lublin Voivodeship, caused by an unidentified drone, officials said on Tuesday. Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz indicated that while the object may have been a civilian or smuggling drone, sabotage cannot be ruled out. Prosecutors deployed military specialists and Territorial Defence Forces to examine charred debris at the scene, including a propeller-like object. Preliminary reports suggest the drone may have been a decoy without a warhead, potentially of Iranian origin.
