The Eken H9R has the bottom of barrel processor and sensor. It still takes 1080p video very well as long as there's a lot of light. I would only get this camera if price is an issue or if you're gifting to a young child. Keep in mind that it does not do time lapse video recording nor have image stabilization.
The Hawkeye Firefly 7s has a decent processor and sensor and offers image stabilization. I really like this camera because it's a great balance between price and performance. If I lost all 3 of my cameras, I would only buy this one all over again. (There is a 90degree and 120degree version of this camera. Make sure you buy the 120degree camera. The GoPro HERO 5 is the perfect camera in terms of being an actual 4K camera and waterproof; and having a touch screen and good build quality. The only thing I don't like about it is its price. If money isn't an issue, this is the camera to get.
