AI Customer Support Service with LangChain and DocTran
In this video we gonna build an AI Service that categorizes Emails for a fictive company and responds to issues of customers. We use Doctran for Property Extraction and LangChain to create an Email.
We gonna use Gmail as our provider for SMTP.
