We Traveled from Izmir to Istanbul! Taksim, Galata and the Surprise We Got on the Way Back
We spent several full and exciting days on this journey from Izmir to Istanbul. Istanbul Vlog!
We stayed at a hotel in Istanbul, visited Taksim Square, walked along Istiklal Street and tasted the famous stuffed baked potato (kumpir). Then we visited Galata Tower and experienced the unique atmosphere of Istanbul. We also spent enjoyable time at Esenyurt Gürpınar coast. We are in Istanbul!
On the way back, we stopped in Gemlik and bought olive saplings to plant in the garden of our village house.
