The design of the Panzerkampfwagen E-100 (German short for Entwicklung) by the Adlerwerke Frankfurt dates back to June 1943; the E-100 types were to be powered by a 700 hp Maybach HL 230 and later by a 1200 hp Maybach HL234 engine. The type design, shown here, is a E-100 with a twin 88 mm "Flakzwilling" turret and a Sperber FG1250 "Fahrgerät" night vision device. The FG1250 consists of a photoscopic 200-Watt IR Headlamp and receiver capable of detecting and converting heat signals into optical light using a "Bildwandler" (range is up to ~500 m). The IR night vision device at the front end allows the E-100 to be driven in poor visibility.

Kit is from Dragon, with photo etching on the metal gun barrels (AH 35A016), and several other upgrades (eg Bronco Night vision device).
