I found Jo In-seong Pilates at Anam Station in Seoul, South Korea. We met while experiencing a Pilates class the other day and would like to contact the Byeol Pilates Academy again and continue the schedule of visiting.
Visited over the weekend to film a class. We would like to thank Instructor Hye-Ryung Kim for cooperating with the filming.
Pilates classes are uploaded after filming with a microphone after requesting cooperation from the instructor. :)
