I LOST 60 POUNDS & GAINED IT ALL BACK…. what went wrong
Back in 2017, I went viral for my weight loss story of losing 60 pounds all by myself at home.. but now, 8 years later, I've gained nearly all the weight back. I've been getting a lot of negative comments about my weight recently, so I wanted to share with you "what happened". It's crazy because gaining all the weight back was my worst nightmare when I began my weight loss journey... but I'm seriously loving it and feel so confident!! I'll be sharing how I became "body positive" and accept my body for what it wants to be, eating intuitively, not caring about the numbers on the scale anymore or having my value be based on my weight.. and how I now focus on health rather than focusing on aesthetics to keep up with "beauty standards". I hope that this video helps someone out there, because I definitely wish I had seen a video like this all those years ago.
