ICE BATH in NORWAY - TROMSO
One of the most memorable moments of our trip through northern Norway was when we took a dip in the icy waters of Tromsø and couldn't get back into the sauna because I couldn't guess the code 😂
Otherwise, it's a highly recommended activity to do in winter because of the beneficial effects these sudden temperature changes have on circulation.
