So… back in 2016, when I was 13 years old and inspired by fighting games I loved like Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Terrordrome: Rise of the Boogeymen, and M.U.G.E.N, I came up with a pretty dumb idea: to create a fighting game that brought together characters from different audiovisual, visual, and literary media that I liked (many of which I still enjoy today). The idea was to include dialogue taken directly from their original works, along with original stages and soundtracks from their respective universes.
Obviously, making something like that would not only have been extremely difficult, but it also would have violated a ton of copyright laws. So it remained nothing more than a stupid teenage dream.
“Gabige Battle Soundtrack” is a list of tracks that this game would have featured, played during fights, results screens, and the exploration of maps directly inspired by the characters’ original works.

In the case of this video, this soundtrack would play during Versus mode, in a stage inspired by Manhunt (2003).
