How to Restore Faded Paint
Is your vehicle’s paint faded, or has time been unkind to it? Has corrosion dulled the color? If so, here are the steps to restore that luster back to your vehicle’s paint.
(0:36) Start by washing your vehicle. We’ve shared a video on how to wash your vehicle like an expert previously
(0:51) Clay bar the vehicle with clay and detail spray
(1:04) Use a DA polisher, pad, and polishing compound to restore the paint
(1:48) Use small circular motions in a small area on the paint
(2:00) Tape off any areas or vehicle badges/trim that needs protection
(2:10) When complete, use a microfiber towel to wipe the vehicle down
(2:23) Wax and polish the vehicle to lock-in that luster
