Modular Synthesis Tutorials (2) :: Envelops and Audulus
This is a review of the use of envelops and envelops modulaution. Part 1 give basic introduction and example. Then we move on to massive envelop modulation for complex modulation pattern. The last part explain the use (and programming) of End-of-Cycle and End-of-Rise gate to create cascading sequences of envelop for more complex gesture. The examples are provided on the basis of Audulus, but everything can be made with hardware modular, Eurorack, microcontrollers (Arduino, etc.). I try to focus on general principles of envelops.
