Review: Krakout (1991) for the Commodore C16 offers a basic sideway Breakout-style experience but it falls short in several key areas. The ball movement is bad when bouncing off bricks, walls, or enemies and the controls are slow, which detracts from a smooth gameplay. Unlike the more polished C64 version, the C16 port is a pale clone rather than a fresh Arkanoid alternative. A single playthrough is more than enough before moving on to better Breakout variants.
