In this video we approach the topic of melodies, specifically melodies for ambient tracks. We'll be using a very underrated FL Studio tool called Layer. It allows you to send a MIDI signal to multiple sounds and play them back randomly, resulting in unexpected and original melodies. At the end of the video, I use the melody created this way in the context of an ambient beat.
