This is a grounding practice focusing on shoulder mobility with some light strengthening using two blocks and a strap. In my 27 years as a physical therapist I have seen many shoulder dysfunctions which start with a little pain and decreased movement. The strap is a great way to provide extra support for these movements and stretches and the blocks help with height and light strengthening. The practice can be done without blocks but if you don't have blocks, grab a small blanket to roll up for the ending chest opening pose.
Ending quote: The path of love is the one that wakes the light within. It transforms and elevtes you to pure consciousness. - C Sageleaf
