List disk
Now,Type ' Select Disk 1 ' & Press the Enter key
Now, Type ' Detail disk ' & press the Enter key
Now , It will show you all about your disk information
Now , type ' attributes disk set readonly & press the enter key
Now type ' Clean ' & press the enter key
Now , type ' Create partition primary & press the enter key
Now , type ' activate' & press the enter key
Now, Type ' Format' & press the enter key
Now , type ' format fs=ntfs quick & press enter key
Now , type ' exit ' & press the enter key
So try all the steps & your problem will be solved
If you still facing any Issue then change your USB drive
