GARNISH PLATING IDEAS - Plate like a Pro
On this video, I'm sharing with you, different ideas of how to garnish and embellish your dishes making them even more visually appealing.
While some garnishes may not add much flavor to your dish, many do, and a garnish should not be an afterthought. The garnish should be part of your dish and enhance the flavors or textures of your dish.
The garnish can be the simple addition of fresh herbs, a sprinkle of spices or it can be something more elaborated like tuiles, crackers, dehydrated fruits, chips, etc.
