Smart Safe Blind Hole Maker (SSBHM) is a cylindrical device with a special cutting blade. It is rotated in order to penetrate material to make a circular hole at a required depth & diameter. The cutters are used to saw the circular hole to the required depth. A blade release ring is pulled and a blade slices across the cylinder to complete the circular hole. The sliced material comes out with SSBHM when extracted, creating a smoothly finished circular hole.
Also we can make a circular sign on each mechanism to show that you've reached the needed depth & diameter.
