This documentary is about one of the riskiest projects in global gas pipeline construction—the construction of the pipeline between the UK and Norway. Giant vessels will lay 100,000 pipes. In areas inaccessible to humans, modern robots will dig the trench where the pipes will be laid. This documentary tells and shows us how the underwater gas platform was installed, and many other interesting details about this risky project. Unique footage allows us to observe all the complex technological processes involved in laying pipes along the seabed. This is truly a unique pipeline.
