Weed (Remove) collinear vertices from polyline: CADPower & GeoTools
The CP_REM_LINVERTS command in CADPower & GeoTools removes vertices in a polyline which are exactly collinear (in a straight line).
It is the best way to get rid of redundant, straight line vertices.
