This is real training footage shown through helmet footage of Lead Operator exiting a helo and then completing the mission to save hostage. He appears to use paintball-like “simunition” rounds. From start-to-finish, it takes approximately 40 seconds to exit helo, take out external enemies, and then clear home, and complete mission by saving hostage.
