This video will show how to sync your G Suite or Gmail Account with Apple Mail, Contacts and Calendar on a Mac.
Step 1: Check that IMAP is turned on
On your computer, open Gmail.
In the top right, click Settings Settings.
Click Settings.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
In the "IMAP Access" section, select Enable IMAP.
Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Synchronizing mail, contacts, and calendar simultaneously
On the Mac Computer Open Mail.
Select Google and click Continue.
Enter your name, full email address, and password, and click Set Up.
Select the services you'd like to sync, such as Mail, Contacts, or Calendar, and click Done.

NOTE: We've noticed that Mail users tend to exceed our IMAP bandwidth limits more often than those who use another desktop client such as Thunderbird® or Sparrow. If you notice similar issues, please try synchronizing your mail using another desktop client.
