Updating the BIOS on a Dell laptop (without battery)
At the request of my subscribers, I recorded a video on how to update the BIOS without a battery.
Download the program and firmware from the official websites.
Program for creating a bootable DOS USB drive: https://rufus.ie/
BIOS firmware: https://www.dell.com/support/home/ru-...
Create a bootable FREE DOS USB drive and copy the firmware to the root directory of the USB drive.
Boot from the USB drive, enter DOS, enter the file name and the key "500_A03.exe /forceit", and press Enter.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
