!!UPDATE!! !5! v1.40.0 is live on repack games(thnx 0xdeadc0de), follow steps from below to upgrade to that version , will also have to update the server by running steamcmd and downloading server again
!!UPDATE!! !4! TO CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE :
create a text file inside the folder:
Palworld.Early.Access\Palworld.Early.Access\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv153\Win64\steam_settings
name the file as "force_language"
without quotes, inside this file you put your language, in this case you choose your language "english, french, itelian, german, spanish, portuguese, russian, korean, simplified chinese, traditional chinese" without quotes, If it doesn't work, just name the text file "language"
!!UPDATE!! !3! BLACK SCREEN ISSUE
Everyone who gets a black screen try and goto the Pal folder then Binaries then win64... Now run the Palworld-win64-shipping file as administrator.
!!UPDATE!! !2! for users not able to move the save with the new version of the game 1. Download the new version from the site
2. Rename the current (old version) game folder so that when you extract the new one it doesn't overwrite. Then extract.
3. Make sure the game works and that it picks up your saved game data automatically (It should)
4. If it works, then you can delete the old version.
!!UPDATE!! !1! both repack games and online fix have the patch update available (thnx to 0xdeadc0de), update your game with that , then re run the entire cmd step to get the new version of the server :D enjoy
